Business impact first. Technology makes it scale.

Kendall Tech Labs is an operating partner for companies that move goods and money at scale. We start with the number you are accountable for — cash locked in inventory and receivables, demand you cannot see far enough ahead, margin lost between the order and the invoice — fix it in the operating model, then put data, models and automation behind it so the gain holds as volume grows.

How we work

Impact is defined before anything gets built

One method, whether it is a four-week diagnostic or a two-year build. Most of the value is decided in step one — the step most programmes skip.

01

Define the impact

Board goal down to the binding constraint. We instrument it before we touch it.

02

Solve in order

People, then the logic and models, then the system that carries them.

03

Prove it live

One territory, one channel — held against a control until it beats today.

04

Scale it

Integration, controls and model monitoring, so the gain survives volume and peak.

05

Compound it

Each cycle adds data and the system sharpens. We stay in the loop.

Where we usually apply it

Route-to-market execution

Demand signals into routing and daily per-outlet, per-SKU targets for the front line.

Demand, inventory & imports

Forecasting models by SKU, channel and lead time driving reorder and safety stock.

Pricing & margin systems

Price intelligence, elasticity-aware channel architecture, quoting engines that answer in seconds.

Order-to-cash & settlement

Order to cash in one instrumented flow — extraction, reconciliation, ERP and bank rails.

Impacts we delivered

Numbers that moved

Each of these started as somebody's stuck number. All were built from inside the business, by the people accountable for the outcome — not advised on from outside. The detail behind any of them is a conversation.

2× sales productivity

The front line, told where to go and what to leave behind

Route optimisation and per-SKU, per-outlet replenishment targets, generated nightly from each client's own stock-forecast data.

FMCG · Wholesale pricing

Cost-plus → market

A wholesale channel moved off cost-plus pricing

A price-intelligence layer, SKU by SKU and area by area, replacing a fixed-margin habit with market-referenced pricing.

Field services · Billing

60 days → 1 day

Field work turned into an invoice the same day

Two months of manual handoffs between operations and finance collapsed into an automated field-to-invoice pipeline, releasing the working capital sitting in unbilled work.

4 days → next morning

Cash collected in the trade, in the supplier's account by morning

One integrated engine across collection, clearing and supplier payout — closing a four-day gap in the cash cycle to a single overnight run.

More where this came from

The interesting part is always what sat underneath

Every one of these has a longer story — the constraint we actually found, what we tried first, and what finally moved the number.

Our principles

Built by operators, run on evidence

We work with companies that move goods and money at scale. The method is the same every time: find the number that matters, instrument it, fix it where the work actually happens, then let the data compound.

  • Operator-led. We have run operations ourselves, not only advised on them.
  • Hands on the work. We design the fix and then build it — models, pipelines and interfaces shaped to your specific constraint, not an off-the-shelf platform that needs a year of implementation. If we cannot build it, we do not recommend it.
  • Evidence over opinion. Every claim gets a baseline, a control and a number. If it does not beat the way you work today, we say so.
  • Start small. Fixed-scope diagnostics, so the first commitment is a cheap one.
  • We say no. When the data does not support the project, we tell you.

Our view

Most transformation programmes fail because they start with the technology and go looking for a problem to point it at. We start with the number you are judged on, fix it where the work actually happens, and only then build the system that makes the fix permanent.
